Acupressure Stress Elimination Evaluation
Report of Findings with Recommendations

2) Essential Nutrients Check $60 (regular price $120) WITH 5 non-perrishable food items or DONATION of $10 or more to His Place Outreach.
ENC is for WELL patients, WITHOUT, that want to know what specific nutrients they need to stay well and prevent future health issues.
Includes a full Clinical Nutrition Analysis to make sure there are not hidden weaknesses or deficiencies that have not yet become symptomatic.
Includes a summary of findings and recommendations.
Includes a follow-up check in 60 days to make certain the recommendations have been effective and whether they are still needed.
Additional services are at established prices. The patient and any other person responsible for payment has a right to refuse to pay, cancel payment, or be reimbursed for payment for any other service, examination, or treatment that is performed as a result of and within 72 hours of responding to the advertisement for the free, discounted fee, or reduced fee service, examination or treatment.
